Our Work
Since our founding nearly 20 years ago, KRMWA has served thousands of families, students, and individuals by providing them with food and school supplies, as well as building hospitals and schools. Through these efforts, we have helped them achieve self-sufficiency and become more independent.
KRMWA Served:
- 50 families in 2002 with emergency food and school supplies.
- 1,000 families in 2003 with emergency food and school supplies.
- 1,200 families in 2004 with emergency food and school supplies.
- 1,200 families and 1,000 students in 2005 with emergency food and school supplies.
- 2,369 families and 500 students in 2006 with emergency food and school supplies.
- 1,700 families and 1,000 students in 2007 with emergency food and school supplies.
- 1,500 families and 1,200 students in 2008 with emergency food and school supplies.
KRMWA Built:
- School with six classrooms, chairs, and chalkboard in 2011.
- Hospital with 10 to 15 beds and a doctor’s office in 2013.*
- Hospital with 8 beds in the Battambang Province in 2014.
- Secondary school in the Prey Veng Province in 2016.
- Additional school in the Prey Veng Province in 2017.
- Hospital with 20 beds in the Prey Veng Province in 2018.
*The clinic has examined 4,112 patients, including 2,878 pregnant women, 1,015 general patients, and 219 children.
